Do you have a special interest in being in mission to women, children and youth? Consider becoming a member of United Methodist Women.
Our Purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as wholepersons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative, supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church. As United Methodist Women, we strive to bring the peace and justice of Jesus Christ to women, children and youth, locally and throughout the world.
 As a local unit of United Methodist Women, we live this mission by engaging in prayer and education and through undertaking activities that allow us to provide financial support to organizations and projects, both locally and globally, that improve the lives of women, children and youth. In addition, through our various circles (groups of women within the local UMW unit who have chosen to create a formal connection with one another), women enjoy caring, supportive fellowship with one another.
As a United Methodist Women you have the opportunity to live your faith in community with others, grow spiritually, have fun, learn from others, discuss Christian discipleship, discuss ways to help women, children and youth and most importantly-turn words into action!
