Estate & Elder Law Planning Presentation

The FUMC Trustees are again sponsoring a presentation on Estate and Elder Law Planning by Ryan Coutlee from the Coutlee Law office (http://coutleelaw.com/). It will take place on Tuesday, April 21 from 5:30 – 7:00 pm.

The seminar will provide a basic understanding of elements of estate planning including advanced directives, wills, and trusts and their application in the context of elder law and long-term care. Learn the rules of eligibility for Medicaid and methods of protecting assets from exposure to future health care needs.
