Helping Hands mission is to provide families and individuals with a positive shopping experience regardless of income.
Our pledge is to fill the gaps and needs of communities locally and worldwide. We believe no one should be without the means to survive. Our motto is "We don't just say we love our neighbor; we show it. If there is a need, we fill it. We guarantee a safe space, free of judgement, prejudice and negativity."
The income generated from the sale of goods donated to the Thrift Shop is used to:
-Tithe 10% to a community need.
-Run the business and assist with the greater expenses associated with the entire church building.
-Assist families and individuals who have lost items due to fire or other disaster.
-Offer assistance to homeless, domestic violence survivors, foster children, seniors, veterans, pregnant and parenting individuals or any other person in need.
